Christmas Pictures 2011

I never got around to posting the pictures from Christmas, so here they are finally. Nothing much, just a couple. We were having too much fun to remember to take all the pictures. I have to say that this Christmas was the best one I can ever remember having. It was just a day filled with fun & love. We loved the Church program, and had a great time just hanging out together.

Here is Sophie as Mary, we did a little Nativity on Christmas Eve

James and Harrison playing beyblades. I think they got 5 each, so they spent almost the entire day battling.

Believe it or not, but that gun was the most expensive gift we got any of our kids. The only reason Harrison got it is because it was the only thing he had on his list. He didn't care about getting anything else, just that gun. Sophie likes it just as much as he does though.

Opening her dress up clothes and princess doll. She loves that dress.

And here she is with Harrison's gun. She plays with it more than he does I think,

James got Sophie the Zhu Zhu pet. We told her NOT to put in near her hair. Couple hours later...hair in  wheels. Yeah, I had to cut it out. It was stuck.

And we started a tradition of letting the kids sleep down by the tree on Christmas night. They loved it. Watched a movie together and slept in the glow of the Christmas tree lights.

This happened a couple days after Christmas but I thought I would post it on here anyway. Harrison and Sophie love to play Make-Up. Meaning, they get markers out and draw all over their faces and eyes.

This is quite possibly the cutest picture I have ever seen.

Good pals.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the eyelashes. I don't know how Harrison got her to hold so still to draw those things, but I love that he did that. Funny funny kids.

That one of Sophie as Mary is soo cute! And I'm 100% against zhu-zhu pets... during one fast dinner at Alan's... I had Rachel get one stuck in my hair... and then Aubrey got one stuck in my hair... what am I a magnet?

I love the lashes too. But I just have to say: that face. That Sophie face. Both of you are so present in it. All those elements are combined into one of the most beautiful faces I think I have ever seen. Wow.
